International Astronautical Congress in Baku reaches record sales of sponsorship packages

22 space companies have acquired a record number of sponsorship packages for the International Astronautical Congress, which will be held in Baku on October 2-6, the Space Agency (Azercosmos) under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport told Report.

According to this indicator, the astronautical congress in Baku surpassed those held earlier in Australia, Germany, the United States, the United Arab Emirates and France.

It is also noted that the Baku Congress set a record for the number of countries from which scientific reports were presented. Unlike previous congresses, this year 3,600 scientific articles were presented by scientists and researchers from 95 countries working in the field of space.
