Erdogan pledges to turn Teknofest into international brand

When Teknofest - the technology festival - took place for the first time in 2018 - 14 specialized competitions were arranged, and 20,000 people joined the event, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said, speaking at the 4th Teknofest event held in Istanbul.
Report informs that, according to the Turkish leader, today these figures are 35 and 200,000 respectively.
"The prize for participants reached TRL 2 million, and financial assistance made TRL 12 million. The number of the festival partners rose from 28 to 74. Today, there are participants from 88 countries here.
"Starting from Azerbaijan next year, we will hold this event in all ally countries and turn Teknofest into an international brand," Erdogan said.
