Azerbaijan to launch a data center in near future

Baku 28 November. REPORT.AZ/ "Data center is completely ready for operation. We will launch the centre in near future."

Report informs, Deputy Minister of Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan, Elmir Valizade said.

Stating superiorty of installation of cloud technologies in the centre, E.Valizade noted that cloud technologies will allow government agencies, business structures and individuals to place their data in a high-security way: "The data centre was certified twice. I think that that the center will arouse interest with its activity."

According to him, main purpose of the data centre is to meet the country's demands and make Azerbaijan a regional hub in the field of certain services.
