Azerbaijan to cooperate with US company in field of cyber security

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Electronic Security Service (ESS) under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and the US company Fortinet, Report informs.
In this regard, a meeting was held between ESS head Samir Rasulov and Fortinet's regional sales manager, Shaik Samadov. The meeting stated that this document will pave the way for the expansion of opportunities for cooperation in the field of cyber security between the two companies. Thus, the purpose of the MoU is to establish cooperation for the identification of cyber threats at the country level, the organization of information exchange on cyber incidents, and the implementation of joint activities.
