Azerbaijan's Transport Minister discusses cooperation with ITU Secretary-General

Azerbaijan's Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev held a meeting with Doreen Bogdan-Martin, Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Report informs.
The minister stated that during the meeting, the parties discussed issues of bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and ITU.
"We discussed cooperation matters between the organization and Azerbaijan in the telecommunications sector. We emphasized the importance of the adopted declaration on the green digital action plan within COP29, which was supported by more than a thousand stakeholders. We exchanged views on preparations for the World Telecommunication Development Conference, which will be held next year in Baku," Nabiyev said.
