Azerbaijan’s spending on imports of nuclear reactors grows nearly 13%

Last year, Azerbaijan imported nuclear reactors, boilers, equipment, mechanical installations and their parts for $1.763 billion, Report informs referring to the State Customs Committee.
This is $197.843 million (12.6%) more than in 2020.
Last year, the value of Azerbaijan’s exports from nuclear reactors, boilers, equipment and mechanical installations and their parts amounted to $36.786 million, which is $10.796 million (22.7%) less than a year ago.
During the reporting period, imports of nuclear reactors, boilers, equipment and mechanical installations and their parts amounted to 15.07% of Azerbaijan’s total imports, and exports - 0.17% of total exports.
