Azerbaijan improves its position in global internet speed ranking

In June 2022, Azerbaijan moved up three steps to 58th place in the mobile internet speed ranking, Report informs, citing the Speedtest Global Index.
The average speed of mobile internet in Azerbaijan last month was 33.64 Mbps.
Regarding the speed of fixed broadband internet connection, Azerbaijan ranked 118th, with no change compared to May. In June, the speed of broadband internet in the country was 22 Mbps.
Chile came first in the ranking of countries in terms of fixed broadband internet speed (213.73 Mbps), and the last country was Cuba (1.84 Mbps).
In the mobile internet speed ranking, Norway was first (126.96 Mbps), and Cuba was the last - 139th (4.49 Mbps).
