Apple’s quarterly profit reaches record level

Baku. 2 November. REPORT.AZ/ Apple’s revenues for the last quarter (third quarter of 2018) of 2017-2018 fiscal year amounted to $62.9 billion, an increase of 20 percent from the year-ago quarter, report informs citing Russian media.
Apple’s net profit surged by 32% to $14.1 billion, which means $2.91 for each share in the circulation.
However, Apple sold 47,000 iPhones. iPad sale dropped by 6% to 9.7 milion, Mac computers by 2% to 5.3 million. After announcement of these figures, the price of Apple’s shares in the stocks exchange have gone down by nearly 7%.
