Ali Nagiyev: Azerbaijan expanding co-op with intelligence services of partner countries

Azerbaijan is expanding cooperation with intelligence services of partner countries to ensure the security of critical information infrastructure, head of the State Security Service Ali Nagiyev said at the opening of the Critical Infrastructure Defense Challenge 2023 event in Baku, Report informs.

“In accordance with the decree of President Ilham Aliyev, work is underway in Azerbaijan to create a National Cyber Center. To ensure the security of critical information infrastructure and organize work to combat cyber threats, cooperation with the intelligence services of partner countries and advanced technology companies operating in the field of combating cyber threats is expanding. All this serves to increase the defense capability of national cyberspace and strengthen our positions in global cyberspace,” he noted.
