World Health Organization implements project on mental health in five districts of Azerbaijan

Projects related to mental health have been implemented in five districts of Azerbaijan, Hande Harmanci, the representative of the World Health Organization (WHO) in Azerbaijan said at the ceremony of presenting interim results of the project 'Coordination and tranformation of mental health services in post-conflict period.'

She said these projects have been implemented in Barda, Tartar, Agjabadi, Fuzuli and Aghdam districts.

The WHO representative in Azerbaijan noted that the aim of the project was to increase the basic knowledge of doctors in the field of mental health.
