Turkey may enter full lockdown if COVID cases surge, says professor

"Full lockdown may return if there is an increase in the number of COVID-19 cases," said the Turkish professor Faruk Aydin, Report informs.
"The winter will be very hard. We are struggling not to go into lockdown. But if we can't reduce the number of infections, we will have to be placed back into full lockdown," he said.
