Tent-type slaughterhouse launched in Agali village in Zangilan

On August 15, a tent-type livestock slaughterhouse and a mobile laboratory of the Azerbaijan Institute of Food Security for conducting veterinary and sanitary examinations were launched in the village of Agali in the Zangilan district of Azerbaijan, Report informs referring to the Food Security Agency of Azerbaijan.

The Agency staff also carried out veterinary control of cattle and small cattle, took blood samples for analysis and conducted laboratory tests.

The tent-type slaughterhouse has all the necessary equipment in accordance with hygienic requirements. Here the slaughter, cleaning and cutting of livestock is carried out.
