Number of people vaccinated in Azerbaijan announced

Some 29,887 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

The number of people who got their first jab was 2,678 today, while 3,158 people got their second dose of the vaccine. Some 24,051 people got immunized with the third (booster) dose of a COVID vaccine.

To date, 11,592,507 coronavirus vaccine jabs have been administered to the people in Azerbaijan. Of this, 5,193,025 citizens have received their first shot only, while 4,706,413 got both doses.

As of today, 1,693,069 people have received a booster dose of coronavirus vaccines in Azerbaijan.
