Scientists have listed foods that can help reduce belly fat, according to a study by specialists from the Wake Forest School of Medicine in the US, Report informs referring to foreign media.
These include foods that contain soluble fiber (oats, peas, beans, apples, citrus fruits and carrots). This substance also minimizes cholesterol and blood glucose levels.
"For every ten grams of soluble fiber, the rate of visceral adipose tissue accumulation is reduced by 3.7 percent," the scientists said.
