Dr. Sevda has been a member of the World Gastroenterology Organization since 2017 and represents Azerbaijan in this society. Since 2014, he has been elected the representative of Azerbaijan at the United European Society of Gastroenterology. Later, in 2020, she won the authority to become a "Meeting of Members" legislative group at the United European Gastroenterology Society.
