Global COVID tally exceeds 326M

The number of coronavirus cases has exceeded 326.1 million worldwide, Report informs with reference to Johns Hopkins University.
Since early 2020, over 5.53 million people have died from COVID-related health complications.
The United States, India and Brazil rank first, second and third, respectively, regarding the total number of registered cases.
To date, the US has recorded over 65.4 million cases of coronavirus infection and over 850,000 COVID-related deaths.
India ranks second with over 37.1 million cases of infection and just over 486,000 deaths.
Brazil’s tally is nearing 23 million, and as of January 16, 621,000 people have died of the viral disease in the South American country.
