Criteria for urgency status of need for treatment by organ transplantation confirmed in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan's Prime Minister Ali Asadov has approved "Criteria on the urgency status of the need for treatment by the method of transplantation of donor organs" and "List of diseases that pose a threat to the health of the recipient", Report informs.

The decision defines the criteria for the urgency status of the need for treatment by the method of lung, heart, liver, kidney transplantation. The criteria for the urgency status of the need for treatment are not defined for other organs.
