Foods containing vitamin B12 and iron are also needed, since they stimulate the brain, the doctor explained.

"Choline is a precursor of acetylcholine, which ensures the speed of transmission of nerve impulses. You should opt for foods with vitamin B12, the content of which often decreases with age, leading to dizziness, and fatigue. For the brain to continually receive oxygen, foods rich in iron are needed - liver, red meat," said Solomatina.

To get the desired effect, it is necessary to observe moderation and not consume too much of these foods. When overeating, the toxins that food contains neutralize all the benefits, the nutritionist explained.

Besides, it is advisable not to fry the products but to steam them and use gentle processing.

"You should also limit the amount of sweets with refined sugar and eat more greens, vegetables, and fruits. Then it will be possible to see the body’s reaction and an improvement in the overall condition," Solomatina concluded.
