Azerbaijan discloses number of vaccinated people

Some 1,909 people received their anti-coronavirus shots in Azerbaijan today, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

The number of those who got their first jab was 326 people, while 182 people got the second dose of the vaccine. As many as 1,243 people got immunized with three or more doses of a COVID vaccine. The number of booster doses after recovery was 158.

To date, 13,739,858 coronavirus vaccine jabs have been administered to the population in Azerbaijan. Of these, 5,350,230 citizens have received their first shot only, while 4,850,522 have been double jabbed.

As of today, 3,291,960 people have received a booster dose of the coronavirus vaccine in Azerbaijan.

As many as 247,146 people have got the booster dose after recovering from COVID-19.
