Azerbaijan confirms 2 new COVID-19 cases

Azerbaijan has recorded 2 new coronavirus cases over the past day, the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers told Report.

One person infected with COVID-19 recovered, and one patient died.

Overall, the country has reported 831,961 cases of infection, 821,665 recoveries, and 10,285 deaths since the onset of the pandemic. At present, 11 people are receiving treatment.

As many as 42 people were vaccinated in the country during the past day.

The total number of vaccines administered in Azerbaijan so far was 13,967,834.
