Although aging is a natural process, some foods accelerate it, Report says, citing doctor and presenter Alexander Myasnikov.
According to him, everyone should prefer vegetables, fruits, boiled meat, fish, and dairy products:
"All foods that contain excess sugar, salt, and unsaturated fats hasten the aging process. Also, overeating and high calories have a similar effect on the body."
Besides, the doctor added to the list of products that accelerate aging very fried meat and sausages:
"In 2015, the World Health Organization confirmed that all sausages, hot dogs, and pork contain carcinogens."
