Zakharova: Moscow maintains contacts with Baku through law enforcement agencies

Russia maintains working contacts with Azerbaijan through law enforcement agencies, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a briefing, Report informs.

According to her, the issues that arise should be resolved in a political and diplomatic manner.

"We emphasize the need to approach such topics with restraint and responsibility, guided by mutual respect and legal mechanisms," she said.
