“Former Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian constantly makes ridiculous statements,” the Western Azerbaijan Community said in a statement, Report informs via AZERTAC.
“Vartan Oskanian, with his racist and Dashnak thinking, is completely detached from reality and spends more time in a fictional world. The fact that such a person has been Armenia's foreign minister clearly reveals why Armenia is a failed state.
V.Oskanian, as well as the OSCE Minsk Group and Thomas de Waal, have become history," the community added.
