French Ambassador: We look forward to working with new Foreign Minister

French Ambassador to Azerbaijan Zachary Gross congratulated Jeyhun Bayramov on his appointment as Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Report says.
"Congratulations to Jeyhun Bayramov on his appointment as Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan. A respected, cool-headed, and effective leader. He's done a great job upgrading the educational system in Azerbaijan.
We look forward to continuing to work with him in his new position," he wrote on his Twitter page.
Yesterday, by the decree of the President Ilham Aliyev, Jeyhun Bayramov was dismissed from the post of Education Minister and appointed as Foreign Minister.
