Tamer Rabie, Global Program Lead for Climate and Health at the World Bank, has thanked the Azerbaijani government for hosting the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29), Report informs.
He made the remark at the Forecasting Healthy Futures Global Summit in Baku.
He noted that COP29 will look for effective solutions on two main issues - healthcare and climate.
“In addition, one of the important points is related to financial resources. The active participation of private companies in this process is necessary,” he added.
