Voting in Ukraine kicks off amid air attack

The voting in Azerbaijan presidential elections has started at a polling station established at the Azerbaijani embassy in Ukraine.
According to Report's Eastern European Bureau, 600 Azerbaijani citizens will cast their votes in Ukraine.
The voting will be held until 19:00 local time.
Voters from Kharkiv, Odessa, Lviv, Sumy, Poltava and other regions will arrive to vote during the day.
Ukraine's capital has lately been hit by an explosion caused by Russia's military attack, with no loss or damage reported. An air alert has been heard in the country since morning.
