Vilayat Guliyev re-appointed ambassador

Vilayat Mukhtar oglu Guliyev has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to this effect.
Guliyev previously served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Hungary. He was recalled from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Hungary on July 23 last year.
In 1999-2004, Guliyev served as Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister, and in 2004-2010 as Azerbaijan's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Poland.
