US State Department comments on Armenia’s border provocation

“We regret the deadly clash between Armenian and Azerbaijani forces on April 11 which claimed several lives,” the US State Department has commented on the April 11 Armenian border provocation, Report informs.

“We extend our condolences to the families of those killed and wounded. The conflict can’t have a military solution, and the use of force for resolving disputes is unacceptable. The only way towards sustainable peace is around the negotiation table, while the use of force disrupts the negotiations,” the US State Department said.
