Over the past 30 years, Azerbaijan has advanced dramatically, including in economic terms, the representative of the UN Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan, Kanako Mabuchi, said at an event at the ADA University.
Report informs that the event is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Azerbaijan's permanent representation in the UN.
Mabuchi said that throughout these years, Azerbaijan had demonstrated its commitment to the UN values. She added that by presiding over the Non-Aligned Movement, Azerbaijan did much to assist in fighting the pandemic.
Mabuchi noted that the UN would continue to support Azerbaijan in achieving Sustainable Development Goals and post-conflict recovery.
