Ukrainian envoy: Azerbaijan is model of responsible approach to global challenges

Kyiv is grateful to the Azerbaijani leadership and people for supporting Ukraine's territorial integrity, Ukrainian Ambassador to Baku, Yuriy Husyev, wrote in his article dedicated to the International Day of Multilateralism and Diplomacy for Peace, Report informs.

According to the ambassador, multilateralism is not just global forums and diplomatic events, but also a daily struggle for the moral compass of the world community.

"We express our deep gratitude to Azerbaijan for its consistent support of our state, humanitarian initiatives, and respect for the norms and principles of international law," he wrote.

Husyev underlined that with this, Azerbaijan demonstrates a model of a responsible approach to global challenges and how diplomatic work should be conducted to achieve peace.

In his opinion, diplomacy must prove its viability not only within the framework of ceremonial meetings, but also in practical decisions and steps.
