Ukrainian embassy in Azerbaijan streams 30-meter-long flag to mark Unity Day

On February 16, the Embassy of Ukraine in Azerbaijan has celebrated the Day of Unity and Solidarity of the Ukrainian people.

Report informs that the diplomatic mission, together with the representatives of the Ukrainian community of Azerbaijan, held an event in support of Ukraine, during which they unfurled a 30-meter-long flag of Ukraine.

"Ukraine seeks only peace and wants to resolve all conflicts and disputable issues through diplomatic way, through negotiations only. All the same, Ukraine is ready for any developments. We do not infringe on what belongs to others, but we won't surrender what belongs to us. The armed forces of Ukraine are capable of resisting the attack of the Russian aggressor, and the Ukrainians will unite to protect their country," the embassy said in a statement.
