Ukraine welcomes Azerbaijan's decision to participate in the conference on Ukraine's reconstruction, which will take place in July 2025 in Rome, the Foreign Affairs Minister of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha said at a joint press conference with the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov, Report informs.

According to Andrii Sybiha, at the upcoming conference, Ukraine will be allocated a large aid package for the country's reconstruction after the war.

"I am glad that such a peace-loving country as Azerbaijan will participate in this conference. We expect that the allocated funds will really help us put the country in order," said Sybiha.

The Ukrainian minister also added that during today's talks in Baku, the parties discussed cooperation in the field of humanitarian demining, among other things. "Clearing territories of mines is an integral part of the reconstruction process," he noted.
