The Ukrainian Embassy in Azerbaijan has congratulated Azerbaijan on October 18 - Independence Day.
The Embassy congratulatory message on the Facebook page, Report says.
"On October 18, Azerbaijanis all over the world celebrate the State Independence Day. Today, 29 years ago, the "Constitutional Act on State Independence" was adopted to separate the Republic of Azerbaijan from the USSR. Thus, the foundation of Azerbaijan's state, political, and economic structure was laid. We congratulate the brotherly people of Azerbaijan and wish them peace, tranquility, harmony and prosperity! "
