Turkiye will continue to be with Azerbaijan through foul and fair, National Defense Ministry says

Turkiye's Ministry of National Defense has congratulated Azerbaijan on the occasion of October 18 - the Day of Restoration of Independence of Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the ministry's Twitter page.

"We will continue to be with Azerbaijan through foul and fair guided by the principle of 'one nation, two states'," the Ministry of National Defense of Turkiye tweeted.
