Turkiye wants to strengthen relations with Georgia and Azerbaijan 

"Turkiye, Georgia and Azerbaijan are three countries sharing the same interests and views on the region and the world. We want and support the strengthening of relations between the three countries in the future," Turkish Ambassador to Georgia Fatma Ceren Yazgan said in an interview with Kviris Palitra newspaper, Report informs.

According to her, by involving Azerbaijan and Armenia, Turkiye and Georgia can develop the region not in terms of war and problems but in terms of culture, art and tourism.

The ambassador noted that Turkiye supports Georgia's membership in NATO: "This means that we consider Georgia an ally. At the same time, we believe that Georgia should play an important role in establishing stability and peace in the region."
