Turkiye's new consul general in Ganja takes office

The newly appointed Consul General of Turkiye in Ganja, Recep Oztop, has taken up his duties.
According to Report's Western bureau, Niyazi Bayramov, Chief Executive of Ganja, held a meeting with the new сonsul general, informing him in detail about the history, culture and economy of the city.
Bayramov noted the close cooperation with the Turkish Consulate General in Ganja. Stressing that the support of the fraternal country is constantly felt, Bayramov expressed hope for the further development of relations in an ascending line.
Oztop recalled that he had previously worked at the Turkish Consulate General in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and noted that he was proud to start working in Ganja.
