"The atrocities that took place in Khojaly 30 years ago are still tearing our heart out," the Vice-President of Turkiye, Fuat Oktay, wrote on Twitter, Report informs.
"I commemorate our brothers and sisters who lost their lives in the Armenian oppression. May God bless their soul. We have not forgotten and will not live down," the politician said.
