Turkish deputy FM on his speech at UN Security Council: 'I supported the fair position of Azerbaijan'

"I took the floor and supported the fair position of Azerbaijan," Deputy Foreign Minister of Türkiye Burak Akcapar told Report's American Bureau, commenting on his yesterday’s speech during the meeting of the UN Security Council convened by Armenia.

"The day before, very unfair accusations were consistently brought forward against Azerbaijan at the UN Security Council. We also first listened to a very open and fact-based speech by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov. Then I took the floor and supported the fair position of Azerbaijan. I believe that we told everyone, what the truth really is," Akcapar said.
