Ambassador of Turkiye to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci wrote a Twitter post congratulating Azerbaijan on November 9 - State Flag Day, Report informs.
The diplomat shared a video of the waving Azerbaijani flag and wrote: “The glorious tricolor flag waving on the top of the Caucasus.”
