"The ruins in Aghdam are shocking, all the buildings have been completely destroyed," Swedish traveler Joachim Helbig, currently on a trip to the liberated territories, told Report.
According to him, it is necessary to inform students in educational institutions about the historical and cultural heritage here.
The traveler said that there are mined areas in Karabakh, and people living there should be informed about the threat of mines:
"It is very important not to cross the set lines and be careful in mined areas."
Helbig emphasized the rapid reconstruction carried out in the liberated territories:
"In this regard, newly built roads attract special attention."
