Spokesperson AK Party:  Armenia should amend its constitution

Omer Celik, Spokesperson for Türkiye's ruling Justice and Development Party (AK Party), commented on the recent conclusion of peace treaty negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Report informs.

Speaking to journalists, Celik described this development as a significant step forward, stating, "There were disagreements between the parties on two issues. Now, agreement has been reached on almost all points for peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia. This is an important stage for peace in the Caucasus."

Celik emphasized the necessity for Armenia to amend its legislative acts, including its constitution, to align with the peace process.

On March 13, Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the conclusion of negotiations on a peace agreement with Armenia.
