Slovakian opens its embassy in Baku

Slovakia has opened its embassy in Azerbaijan.

Report informs that the opening ceremony of the embassy in Baku was attended by OSCE chairman-in-office, Slovakian Foreign Minister Miroslav Lajčák.

He said the embassy opening will serve strengthening ties with Azerbaijan: "We knew Azerbaijan's potential, therefore, we decided to open our representative office here. There are many spheres for cooperation - pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, railways, tourism, etc.," he said.
