Sherzod Asadov: Uzbek president’s visit to raise relations with Azerbaijan to new level

The upcoming visit of Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Azerbaijan will raise relations between the two countries to a whole new level, Uzbek presidential spokesperson, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan Sherzod Asadov wrote on the X social network (formerly Twitter), Report informs.

“Tomorrow, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev will arrive in Baku for the first state visit after his re-election in July. There is no doubt that the upcoming visit will elevate the relations between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan to an entirely new level, benefiting both our countries and the broader regions,” he wrote.
