Selcuk Bayraktar congratulates Azerbaijani people on Victory Day 

The chairman of the board and the chief technology officer of the Turkish technology company Baykar, Selcuk Bayraktar, congratulated the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of November 8 – Victory Day, Report informs, citing his Twitter account.

"Happy 2nd anniversary of the liberation of the occupied lands of Azerbaijan. May the souls of our martyrs rest in peace," the tweet said.
