"We should not talk about countries in PACE, but help them," the head of the Azerbaijani delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Samad Seyidov, said at the winter session of the organization, the French bureau of Report informs.
"Our debates should reflect the reality. Discussions on this platform should be unbiased. We must do our best to help countries, not just talk about them," he said.
