Relations between Russia and Azerbaijan are an important example of good neighborliness, Russian Presidential Advisor Vladimir Vasilyev told the Russian bureau of Report.
“We have much in common. I have many friends with whom I studied in Azerbaijan. We still communicate,” Vasilyev said.
He spoke about his work in Dagestan on the border with Azerbaijan during the pandemic.
“During the pandemic, we cooperated very closely. It is impossible to act otherwise, because we are neighbors. We carefully observe, rejoice at the success of Azerbaijan, and we worry when problems arise. We think the potential we have today can be realized even more efficiently,” he said.
