Setting a civilian mission of the European Union in Armenia will not contribute to stabilization in the South Caucasus.
Report's Russian bureau informs that Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said this during a telephone conversation with Toivo Klaar, the special representative of the European Union for the South Caucasus.
During the talks, the parties discussed the situation in the South Caucasus.
Galuzin noted that the decision of Brussels to place a mission in Armenia does not help to regulate the situation in the region.
