Romania does not recognize the so-called "elections" in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, according to the statement published on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania.

According to Report, the Romanian Foreign Ministry has once again declared its full support for Azerbaijan's sovereignty and territorial integrity within internationally recognized borders, advocating a political solution to all issues in the region in accordance with the principles of international law.
