Ricardo Mesiano: Countries like Azerbaijan achieve results on SDGs

Countries such as Azerbaijan, where the government is committed to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), often achieve positive results, Ricardo Mesiano, Sustainable Development Advisor to the Office of the Executive Secretary of the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, said during a panel discussion within the framework of the fourth dialogue on SDGs in Baku, Report informs.

“An important factor for achieving the SDGs is to collect information about problems, analyze them and determine what needs to be done. The whole society must be mobilized to implement the SDGs. Then success can be achieved following these principles,” he said
