Prosecutor Generals of Azerbaijan, Russia ink MoU

Kamran Aliyev, Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan, and Igor Krasnov, Prosecutor General of Russia, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the Eastern Economic Forum, Report informs via Interfax.

Krasnov highlighted that the MoU aims to enhance the exchange of expertise between the prosecutors' offices of Azerbaijan and Russia, and to bolster efforts against threats to peace and security.

He emphasized that the relationship between two countries’ prosecutor’s offices multifaceted and constructive, grounded in mutual respect and shared interests.

Furthermore, Krasnov expressed his readiness to advance bilateral relations and coordinating efforts to counter transnational criminal threats on key international platforms, including the UN and the CIS.
